This website has no account form, donation checkout, or newsletter form. Email links open your own email application. We receive only information you choose to send. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical logs such as IP address, browser, timestamps, and requested pages.
We use information to respond, discuss donations, review submissions, operate and secure the site, maintain ministry records, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with necessary service providers, professional advisers, with permission, or as law requires, and retained only as reasonably needed.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
This site provides religious, educational, historical, botanical, and community information for lawful personal use. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, impersonate others, or use ministry content to violate law.
Using the site or emailing us does not create a physician-patient, attorney-client, tax-adviser, fiduciary, research-subject, counseling, or pastoral-care relationship. Content and third-party links are provided “as is” without guarantees. New Jersey and applicable federal law govern these terms.
The site accepts donation interest by email but does not process payments. A gift is complete only when the ministry separately confirms an approved method and receives funds. Never email cash, passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or card details.
Unless a written restriction is accepted, gifts may be used where most needed for lawful ministry purposes. Do not assume a gift is tax-deductible because the ministry is religious or references Section 508(c)(1)(A). Consult a qualified tax adviser. Donations are ordinarily final, subject to applicable law and review of duplicate or unauthorized transactions.
A donation does not purchase cannabis, hemp, medicine, treatment, research participation, or a controlled substance. Donation inquiries are not used to sell, transfer, or arrange access to cannabis.

Section 508(c)(1)(A) concerns a federal tax-exemption notice exception for qualifying churches; it is not a cannabis exemption, controlled-substance license, research authorization, or immunity from law. This site does not sell cannabis, arrange transfers, prescribe products, recruit research subjects, or provide cultivation or manufacturing instructions.
