Privacy Policy
Information we receive
This website has no user accounts or donation checkout. Membership,
donation, and contact forms open your own email application. We
receive only the name, email address, phone number, notice
preferences, and other information you choose to send. Hosting and
security providers may process limited technical logs such as IP
address, browser, timestamps, and requested pages.
Use, sharing, and retention
We use information to respond, discuss donations, enroll free
members, send requested journal, research, or ministry notices,
review submissions, operate and secure the site, maintain ministry
records, and comply with law. We do not sell or rent personal
information. Information may be shared with necessary service
providers, professional advisers, with permission, or as law
requires, and retained only as reasonably needed.
Consent, notice preferences, and withdrawal
The membership form records the notice categories you select. By
sending the membership email, you ask us to enroll you and send
those notices. You may change your preferences, leave the free
membership list, or ask us to stop messages at any time by replying
“unsubscribe” or emailing the ministry. We will honor the request
within a reasonable period, while retaining information required for
legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Security, email, and outside services
Email is not guaranteed to be confidential or secure. Do not send
medical records, government identification numbers, passwords,
financial credentials, or other highly sensitive information. We use
reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute security. Your
email provider, internet provider, website host, device, and PDF
reader may process information under their own policies.
Children and choices
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not
knowingly collect their personal information online. You may request
access, correction, or deletion of information you sent, subject to
legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Free Membership & Notice Policy
Membership is free and voluntary
Eden’s Healing Garden Ministries membership has no enrollment fee,
dues, required donation, or required purchase. Sending a request
does not guarantee acceptance, create employment, ownership, voting,
governance, clergy, fiduciary, beneficiary, or agency rights, or
entitle anyone to cannabis, treatment, services, money, or research
participation. The ministry may decline or end membership for lawful
reasons, including misuse, harassment, or threats to safety or
ministry operations.
Journal and ministry notices
Members may request research updates, new-journal notices, and
ministry news. Notices are informational and may not arrive on a
fixed schedule. Members are responsible for providing an accurate
email address and phone number. We will not send marketing text
messages or place automated calls based solely on this website form.
Terms of Use
Purpose and lawful use
This site provides religious, educational, historical, botanical,
and community information for lawful personal use. Do not interfere
with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material,
impersonate others, or use ministry content to violate law.
No professional relationship
Using the site or emailing us does not create a physician-patient,
attorney-client, tax-adviser, fiduciary, research-subject,
counseling, or pastoral-care relationship. Content and third-party
links are provided “as is” without guarantees. New Jersey and
applicable federal law govern these terms.
Changes, links, and availability
We may correct, update, remove, or suspend site content and
downloads without notice. Links and citations to outside sources are
provided for context and do not mean the ministry controls,
sponsors, or endorses those sources. We are not responsible for
third-party content, availability, privacy, or security.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site, journals, downloads, and
communications are provided “as is” and “as available,” without
warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular
purpose, noninfringement, safety, or uninterrupted access. The
ministry and its leaders, volunteers, and contributors are not
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from reliance on site content or inability to use
the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be
limited.
Governing law, severability, and updates
These policies are governed by applicable federal law and the laws
of New Jersey, without creating jurisdiction where it would not
otherwise exist. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining
provisions remain in effect. The effective date identifies the
current version. Continued use after an update means the updated
terms apply to later use, subject to applicable law.
Journal Download, Copyright & Correction Policy
Free personal reading
The journals may be downloaded without charge for personal,
educational, devotional, and noncommercial reading. A free download
does not place a publication in the public domain or transfer any
copyright, trademark, authorship, or ownership rights. Unless the
publication states otherwise, you may share an unmodified journal
with its title, ministry credit, notices, and disclaimers intact.
Uses requiring written permission
Do not sell a journal; remove attribution or disclaimers; alter and
redistribute it as an official ministry edition; use ministry names
or branding to imply endorsement; or reproduce substantial portions
in a commercial product without prior written permission. Brief
quotations, criticism, scholarship, and other uses may be permitted
by applicable copyright law.
Versions, citations, and corrections
Publications reflect the sources and information available on their
stated publication dates. Science, law, and public-health guidance
may change. Check the journal title, publication number, date, and
edition before citing it. Report a suspected factual, citation, or
accessibility problem by email. We may issue a correction, revised
edition, withdrawal, or explanatory note when appropriate.
Donation Policy
Email inquiries only
The site accepts donation interest by email but does not process
payments. A gift is complete only when the ministry separately
confirms an approved method and receives funds. Never email cash,
passwords, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or card
details.
Use and tax treatment
Unless a written restriction is accepted, gifts may be used where
most needed for lawful ministry purposes. Do not assume a gift is
tax-deductible because the ministry is religious or references
Section 508(c)(1)(A). Consult a qualified tax adviser. Donations are
ordinarily final, subject to applicable law and review of duplicate
or unauthorized transactions.
No cannabis transaction
A donation does not purchase cannabis, hemp, medicine, treatment,
research participation, or a controlled substance. Donation
inquiries are not used to sell, transfer, or arrange access to
cannabis.
Research, Health & Cannabis Disclaimer
Education—not professional advice
Content is for general religious, historical, botanical, cultural,
and educational discussion. It is not medical, legal, scientific, or
safety advice and is not a recommendation to obtain, cultivate,
possess, manufacture, distribute, or use any substance. Consult
licensed professionals before health or legal decisions; call 911 in
an emergency.
No cure, safety, or longevity promise
Personal stories, traditional knowledge, biblical reflection,
laboratory findings, and early research do not establish that a
substance is safe or effective for a particular person. Nothing on
this site promises that cannabis, hemp, CBD, another plant, or a
ministry practice will diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease,
soothe or heal the lungs, extend life, or produce the same result
for everyone. Products and substances may cause impairment, side
effects, dependence, contamination, allergic reactions, or drug
interactions.
Law and ministry status
Cannabis law differs by jurisdiction and changes over time. New
Jersey regulates commercial activity through licensing. Section
508(c)(1)(A) concerns a federal tax-exemption notice exception for
qualifying churches; it is not a cannabis exemption,
controlled-substance license, research authorization, or immunity
from law. This site does not sell cannabis, arrange transfers,
prescribe products, recruit research subjects, or provide
cultivation or manufacturing instructions.
No human-subject research or enrollment
Reading a journal, joining the ministry, sharing a story, making a
donation, or sending an email does not enroll anyone in a clinical
trial or research study. The ministry does not ask visitors to stop
treatment, change medication, use cannabis, or provide specimens or
protected health information. Any future regulated research would
require separate protocols, qualified oversight, informed consent,
and all required approvals and licenses.
Legal Notice
Organization and status
Eden’s Healing Garden Ministries describes itself as a Christian
ministry. References to Section 508(c)(1)(A) are not an IRS
determination letter or a claim that every activity is automatically
tax exempt. Status depends on organization, operation, facts, and
compliance.
Names and intellectual property
Eden’s Healing Garden Ministries, its visual identity, original
website text, and original publications are ministry materials.
Third-party names, research, images, quotations, and trademarks
belong to their respective owners. Reference to a person, product,
organization, Scripture translation, study, or government agency
does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
No offer or guarantee
Nothing here offers cannabis, hemp, securities, medical products,
professional services, or research participation. Donations are not
purchases or investments. We seek accuracy but do not guarantee all
information is complete or current. Verify important legal,
scientific, tax, and health information independently.
